Gratitude
Every day all of us face challenges. Every day we can express gratitude for them. Every day we can see that most have it much worse than we do. It is important to take time every day to give thanks for this. There are many ways we can give thanks. The most valuable way is to give of yourself in some way. Breathe into this and meditate.
